Once a training campaign is launched, employees will receive regular reminder emails with links to access their assigned modules. However, they can also access their training through this general link: https://app.adaptivesecurity.com/sso/login.
When employees click on the general link, they will see this screen:
SSO Log-In
If your company uses Google or Microsoft SSO, employees will be able to click the “Continue with Microsoft” or “Continue with Google” button to access their training (no other set-up required).
If your company uses Okta, and you have enabled it within the Adaptive admin app (instructions here), employees will be able to click the “Continue with Okta” button to access their training.
Magic Link Log-In
If you do not use the above SSO providers, employees should click the purple “Send magic link” button, which will take them to the below screen. They should then type in their company email address and click the purple “Send magic link” button. This will send the employee a link over email that they can use to access their training.
