How to Use the AI Content Creator
In the Content Library, click Create Module in the top right, then choose Create with AI to get started.
Provide the Topic for Training
First, select whether the module is for security, compliance, or another training topic. This helps the AI generate more relevant content.
Then, enter the topic you want the module to cover. The more detailed your prompt, the more relevant and accurate the training will be.
💡Tips for writing a great topic:
Be specific.
Mention the goal of the training or the specific employee behavior you want to influence
List out specifics of what you’d like the training to cover

The goal of the training is to ensure employees always use the VPN when handling company data outside the office to protect sensitive information and reduce risk of unauthorized access.

Risks of not using the company VPN
How to connect to the VPN on different devices (laptop, phone)
What data and tools are only accessible through the VPN
Common mistakes to avoid (e.g., forgetting to reconnect after sleep mode)
Who to contact if VPN access isn’t working
Add Context to Improve the Training Content
Next, you can add additional context to enhance the content of the training. The more relevant context you provide, the better the AI can tailor the training to your company's needs.
Enable Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) data to enrich the content by pulling in public information about your company like news mentions, industry trends, or key employees.
Add additional context by uploading relevant files like policy docs, playbooks, or guides—or simply paste a public URL if available online. The AI will use these to tailor the training to your specific content.
Want the training to only use content from these materials? Turn on the "Only use uploaded content" toggle to limit the AI to just what you’ve provided.
Specify the target audience—such as new hires, a specific department, or company-wide—to tailor the training more effectively.
Configure Training Tone and Style
Select a desired length for the training: 4, 7 or 10 minutes.
Pick one or more tone options: professional, friendly, casual, or urgent.
Configure Training Visual Aesthetic
Choose from three preset visual aesthetics—neutral modern photography, color backed illustrations, or soft 3D models—or use your company’s branded imagery as the basis for the module’s aesthetic.
Company Branded Imagery
To update branded imagery, hover over the tooltip on the branded imagery tile and click “Update Brand Imagery References.”
Upload 1-3 reference images as the basis for your branded imagery. These should be high-quality and text-free images.
If you opt for one of the three preset visual aesthetics, you can still use branded imagery for section title slides by toggling on “Add branded imagery to intro frames.”
Additionally, on any visual style (preset or branded imagery), you can opt to display your company logo on desktop frames.
Finally, review your selections and generate your AI-generated module! This process may take a few minutes.
Editing Your AI-Generated Module
Once generated, you can edit the content of your training directly in the Content Builder as you would with any other module. The AI content creator is designed to get you 90% of the way there, but you maintain complete control over what goes into the final training.
