If you have Contractor records in Gusto: Gusto's API limits that data available for Contract records so these user will not have the same data fields as standard employees

1. Navigate to the 'Employees' tab in Adaptive and select the 'Data Settings' button in the top right hand corner

2. On the sources tab, choose to set up Gusto as your 'Primary Identity Source' (meaning it will be responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning records) or as an 'Enrichment' integration

3. Review the information in the Adaptive integration setup flow and click 'Connect'. Once you review information you will be asked to enter credentials for your Production Gusto account

4. Once you successfully authenticate you will be taken back to Adaptive and the import will begin. Depending on your company size this could take a few minutes. You can see import status by viewing the 'Sync History' in your Employee Data settings

5. If you run into any issues with the integration you can try to Refresh or Re-authorize by clicking on the 'Manage' button next to the integration and selection the 'Actions' drop down in the top right corner of the integration manager
