After you’ve configured email reporting to send reported messages into Adaptive, your organization may optionally forward those messages to an additional mailbox.
To set this up, navigate to Settings > Phishing > Forwarding Rules and select “Set up rules.”
You’ll be prompted to specify a forwarding address, which will act as the default destination for all reported emails.
If your organization uses multiple email domains, you can also create domain-specific rules. These rules allow you to forward reports differently based on the domain they originate from, giving you more granular control over how reported emails are routed.
