Creating Training Modules with the New AI Content Creator (Beta)

From the Content Library, click Create, then select Create module with AI.

You can still access the legacy AI creator if needed, but this new flow offers more control and customization.

Start by entering the topic for your training. For example, you might type “QR phishing.”

You’ll also see prompt ideas generated using publicly available information about your company, trending prompts based on recent cybersecurity news, and your recent prompts if you want to reuse one.

By default, Company Personalization is enabled. This uses publicly available information about your company to tailor the content. You can turn this off at any time.

You can also add more context by uploading a file, linking to a URL, or enabling web search. This is helpful if you want the module to reflect internal policies or specific requirements.

The first step in the AI Content Creator flow is generating an editable outline. You'll see the structure of your module, including sections like the introduction, core concepts, quiz, and key takeaways.

Before generating the full module, you can edit this outline. Add new sections, remove content, or reorganize topics. This gives you more control over what the final training includes.

Next, you can create an introduction video using an AI avatar.

Choose from a library of generic avatars, or select one of your custom AI personas, such as an executive avatar.

Finally, choose a visual style for the imagery in the module. One option is "branded," which uses your company’s visual references.

Once you generate the module, you’ll see frames populate in real time. Sections appear one by one, including the quiz and key takeaways.

As with any module, you can edit everything. Adjust text, regenerate images, reorder frames or sections, and refine content as needed.

You can also preview the module from the learner’s perspective to see animations and flow.

If you added an AI avatar, the introduction video will appear once it finishes generating. You can play it directly in the editor.
